What is involved in our Nutrition Coaching Sessions for?

We’ll kick off with a lifestyle questionnaire to gain insight into your daily routine, current eating habits, preferences, and any dislikes, then we’ll implement simple changes and develop a personalised eating plan tailored to your goals. In our sessions, you’ll receive valuable education on the best foods to nourish your body, ensuring that your plan is uniquely suited to you.

A dedicated fitness professional and expert nutrition coach, with over 14 years of experience in the industry. She specialises in helping clients achieve sustainable weight management without the need for restrictive diets.

 

Adele believes that everyone is unique, which is why she creates custom plans tailored to individual health, schedules, and fitness goals. With a passion for guiding others towards healthier lifestyles, she is committed to transforming your mind and body to make healthier decisions.​ Her method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals.

Adele is a member of CIMPSA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity). She is also a member of RSPH (Royal Society of Public Health).
