After recently retiring and having various aches and pains including early degenerative changes in my spine, that some days is very painful I decided to invest in my health and try to lose weight and get fitter and more flexible.

I have tried gym memberships, but finding the inclination to drive to the gym change, work out (self motivated) change and drive home meant I gave up after a while.

 
So I decided to hire Adele as my personal trainer, giving her the task of improving my fitness, helping me to lose weight and flatten my stomach. As Adele comes to my home at prearranged times I had someone who I new would push me when the going got tough. 
 
Adele’s created challenging sessions twice a week for me and provided valuable information about diet and nutrition to help me lose over 15lbs, 11cm from my stomach, increase my flexibility, reduce my back aches and shoulder pains and made me feel 10-20 years younger!

'I can thoroughly recommend the PT sessions - I’ve had my first one & was really nervous about what to expect as I’ve never done anything like it before & I survived! I was pushed, but not beyond what I could actually do &, although I ache today (& am not looking forward to the ache tomorrow lol), it’s a good ache that comes from working muscles, if you know what I mean.
