'I have been doing PT sessions with Adele since she qualified back in June. I needed to build my level of fitness as I have been suffering with long COVID. This nasty virus affected my lungs and my breathing, and Adele has managed to increase my level of fitness and I now find I have more energy and my breathing has massively improved. 'I would highly recommend Adele as a personal trainer, whatever your level of fitness. It’s definitely made an enormous difference to my life this year. A few months ago, I was not in a good place, physically and mentally. Then, when I heard Adele had started offering personal training sessions, I decided to give them a go. It was the best decision I’ve made all year. My stamina levels gradually increased, which meant I could also go to 3 Pembury Fitness classes every week – Pilates, Weights and Clubbercise. A few months later and I am a totally different person.
